Seed cycling, explained simply.
Seed cycling is a simple, natural way of eating specific seeds at specific phases of your cycle, so your hormones stay balanced. No medicines. No chemicals. Just food that works with your body. Seeds are rich in nutrients that help regulate hormones, reduce PMS symptoms, improve skin, support digestion, and keep energy levels steady.

Activated, the slow way
“Long before bioavailability was a buzzword, our kitchens already knew.”
We believe in traditions — the practices passed down through kitchens and generations, long before 'bioavailability' was a buzzword. Soaking seeds before eating them is one of those practices. It's what we do in our own homes. And if it's how we prepare seeds for our families, it's how we prepare them for you.
- 1
Wash
Every batch begins with a thorough wash — simple, careful, unhurried.
- 2
Soak
Soaking triggers the breakdown of phytic acid, freeing the zinc, iron and magnesium it holds so your body can actually absorb them.
- 3
Dehydrate
Slow, low-temperature drying protects the delicate fats and enzymes, keeping every seed nutrient-dense.
It's a slower way of doing things. But it's how we'd feed our own — and it's how we feed you.
