Seed laddoos: a sweeter way to your daily scoop

Your grandmother already knew this shape. Roll your daily 14g into a laddoo and the ritual starts tasting like home.

The easiest way to stay consistent with seed cycling is to make it delicious. In our homes, that means one thing: laddoos. Here's a simple no-cook version that turns a week of daily scoops into seven little sweets waiting in your fridge.

What you need

Seven scoops (about 100g) of your current phase mix · 6–8 soft dates, pitted · 2 tablespoons of thick nut butter or fresh grated coconut · a pinch of cardamom · a tiny pinch of salt.

How to make them

Warm the dates slightly and mash them to a paste. Mix in the seed mix, nut butter or coconut, cardamom and salt. Roll into seven equal balls — each one is roughly your daily 14g scoop. Keep them refrigerated, and enjoy one a day.

Make it yours

Luteal-phase week calling for something richer? Roll the laddoos in desiccated coconut. Prefer less sweet? Use fewer dates and a spoon of ghee instead of nut butter. The shape is tradition; the filling is yours.

One laddoo, once a day, in rhythm with your cycle. Your grandmother would approve.
